One more point I'll add is that if your taking notes:<br/><br/>1. Try and use pen and paper<br/>2. If you need to use a laptop, try not to station yourself next to the hand-free phone<br/>3. If you can't do that, try not to hammer the keys, as every little noise is picked up and amplified by the phone...and it's annoying!<br/><br/>Oh and one more thing:<br/>If your all gathered around a table speaking to people across the world..SPEAK UP! Being loud is not half as bad as not being able to hear you at all! Good stuff. One more point I’ll add is that if your taking notes:
